Miranda Smith aka Randi, is the Taproom Manager and part owner of Nauti Dog Brewing Co. She began working in the industry when she was just 17 years old, as a server at a well known brewery and restaurant in her home state of Washington. With her adventurous mentality, she moved across the country for a fresh start and change of pace. Loving Eastern North Carolina she decided to stick around, who wouldn’t? She was hired on with the original staff and worked her way up from server to part owner in a matter of just two and a half years. Miranda not only loves beer but is passionate about the industry!

Kat, was hired in 2021 and is Miranda’s right hand woman. This redhead ray of sunshine graduated Eastern Carolina University with a Bachelors in Sociology - no wonder she’s an amazing beer-tender! You will catch her rocking overalls and Blundstone boots and is the cross trek enthusiast of the staff. She’s spontaneous, loves her dog Izzy, and will drink an American Light Lager with you any-day of the week.

Chaylene, our mighty beertender from a tiny town! Don't let her height fool you — she's a pint-sized powerhouse packed with personality. When she's not pouring pints, she's cruising on her roller skates or headbanging to some heavy metal. Get ready for a fun ride with Chaylene, she's as full of surprises as our best brews!

Alli, sweet, sweet, sassy Alli. She may not be able to drink yet, but don’t underestimate her beer knowledge, she is Cicerone Beer Certified! With her bubbly personality, she can talk to you forever! Alli is going to East Carolina University to pursue Exercise Physiology and is expected to graduate early. She is slinging brews all the time, so come see her!

Tatiana, aka Tot, our dynamic beertender with a double life! By day, she's a hairdresser, offering cuts and comforting chats. By night, she's behind the bar, serving up your favorite brews with a side of sass. With a big personality and an even bigger love for her Doberman, Meeko, Tot is here to lift your spirits — literally and figuratively! Cheers to the ultimate multitasker!

Ashton, a girl who went from training dogs to serving dogs. She is spunky, kind, and will chat your ear off! Ansley graduated Pitt Community College for Business, her big dream is to one day open her own dog grooming company. She fills in when needed so keep an eye out for when she’s working next!

Kenzie, Our fiery redhead beertender from New York! Known for her quick wit and love of a good joke, she keeps the laughs coming and the bar organized. A doodler and music lover, Kenzie’s creative spirit shines through in everything she does. She hates driving, but who needs a car when you've got her serving up the best brews in town?
